We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive/Intern who can identify, nurture, and convert prospective students or professionals into successful learners on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Student/Professional Onboarding:
- Guide prospective students or working professionals in selecting the best certification courses tailored to their career goals.
- Provide personalized recommendations and resolve queries to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
2. Sales & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to maximize enrollments.
- Act as a trusted relationship manager, helping students/professionals succeed during their learning journey.
3. Inside Sales & Communication:
- Meet or exceed calling metrics to engage with potential learners.
- Utilize effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to close enrollments.
4. CRM Management:
- Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring accurate and timely updates of all lead and customer information.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to the management.
5. Collaboration with the Founder:
- Work directly with the founder to execute strategic initiatives and grow the platform's reach.
- Be involved in brainstorming and implementing innovative ways to drive course enrollments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for interns).
- Experience: Freshers or professionals with 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and customer-centricity.
- Proficiency in email communication, CRM tools, and basic MS Office/G Suite.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.
