Your Role & Responsibilities:

As the Co-Founder of Course Curriculum and Content Development, you will:

- Strategize and Lead: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to position us as a leader in the EdTech space.

- Content Design and Development: Create high-quality in-house course content, including over-the-shelf programs, recorded courses, live classes, and simulations.

- Instructor Management: Oversee the quality of content created by instructors, ensuring alignment with our platform standards.

- Assessment Creation: Develop projects, assessments, tests, and simulations to ensure learning outcomes are met effectively.

- Curriculum Innovation: Design cutting-edge curricula that blend industry best practices, case studies, and real-world applications.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with instructors, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

- Continuous Improvement: Monitor learner feedback and industry trends to refine and improve existing content.

- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards for all content on the platform.
