The Label Life - Executive - Performance Marketing (1-3 yrs)
This role will be responsible for helping execute search engine marketing (SEM) for Facebook Ad Platform and Google with the ultimate goal of increasing visibility, traffic, customer acquisition and revenue.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and create Facebook campaigns adhering to best practices. Undertake activities such writing ad copies, identifying optimum landing page, and campaign mapping
- Manage and optimize campaign on an ongoing basis to ensure campaign's acquisition and revenue targets are met
- Manage the implementation of Facebook campaign strategies
- Ideate innovative ways of reaching target audience or meet defined marketing objectives through Facebook campaigns
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc campaign performance and other reports
- Create and maintain project plans to update internal stakeholders on status of campaign performance and issues
- Responsible for gathering and maintaining industry information relevant to search and other digital channels with a focus on trends, SEM practices etc.
Education and experience:
- Graduate/ postgraduate with 1-2 years of experience in executing and managing paid search
- Relevant experience in digital marketing strategies (Facebook / PPC / GDN / Twitter Platforms)
- Expert in relevant SEM tools, software and applications across all platforms
- Solid understanding of paid search platforms interface, algorithm, campaign management, campaign optimization and strategies
Preferred Skills :
- Must be a strong team player with ability to manage multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Strong data analysis skill, able to decipher complex data and numbers to draw inferences, trends and insights
- Proven track record of delivering tangible results on visibility, traffic and conversions
- Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills
