The Kute Group - National Sales Manager - Tirumalla Edible Oils & Foods (15-25 yrs)
Should be able to drive all channels (GT/MT/Horeca).
Lead the team and act as a mentor and guide.
RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Finance Management
- People Manager
- Market Coverage (Exposure to National/Zonal Level will be preferred)
- Distributor/ Super Stockist Management
- Sales Forecasting
- Managing/Updating Competition
- Reporting/ Administration/MIS
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES :
Qualification : MBA (Sales and Marketing)
- Experience of Sales and Distribution in a FMCG environment
- 10 to 15 years (top B-schools)
- 5+ years in a National Leadership Role
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :
- Sound commercial understanding of business issues and opportunities
- Clear understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
- Team working spirit and excellent communication skills
- Highly motivating and encouraging.
