National Sales Manager
Strategy Development & Business Planning :
- Participate in development of business strategy for Business and cascade it to annual and quarterly plans for the Sales vertical focusing on revenue, volume, market share, pricing and expenditure
- Develop the sales and distribution strategy for developing the Sales vertical
- Scan the market for potential new avenues to generate revenue from untapped accounts/market
Financial Management :
- Develop the annual budget for the Sales function; monitor adherence to the same
- Develop a framework to ensure standard credit limits for distributors
- Monitor timely payments and settlements for all high volume deals and set up mechanisms to ensure that there is no blockage
- Monitor performance against sales targets on a regular basis; take proactive action in case of any deviation from targets
- Build sound financial management practices; review all MIS reports and take corrective actions in case of variations
Sales Planning & Operations :
- Deploy the Sales strategy including effective segmentation, competitive pricing and effective marketing
- Lead finalization of contracts and prices for the National Corporate Accounts & Modern Trade Accounts.
- Coordinate with SCM team to ensure supply of goods based on bulk orders.
- Optimize inventory of finished goods by streamlining stock flow from depots to various dispatch points for retail stores and other buyers
- Contribute towards accurate demand forecasting
- Build the required administrative and infrastructural support for servicing
- Monitor performance of outlets / accounts on a regular basis and take corrective action in case of any deviations
BTL Marketing :
- Drive BTL Marketing including :
- Design, creation and deployment of Sales Generating Assets jointly with the Marketing and Sales & Operations team
- Development of merchandising guidelines for Trade accounts
- Design, roll-out and ROI analysis of Trade Marketing schemes
- Provide inputs to the Marketing team for all digital marketing initiatives
- Prefer Candidates from Hair Oil Brands
- Relocation would be considered.
