The Kute Group - Brand Manager - Tirumalla Edible Oils & Foods (7-12 yrs)
1. Communication Development: Working closely with both research and creative agencies to drive compelling consumer communication which are anchored in strong consumer insights and beliefs. Conceptualizing and delivering new TVC communications in line with sharper consumer insight.
2. Brand Architecture: Develop and maintain brand portfolios, segments and categories. Define launch brand architecture and guidelines for future expansion of the brand architecture.
3. Integrated Marketing Interventions: Developing and executing 360 degree media with both use of traditional and digital media plans for the various categories in the portfolio.
4. Manage Brand Campaigns across all Media Channels
5. Development of marketing communications across media including packaging, POS, Retail merchandising and advertising campaigns.
6. Media planning and buying.
7. Manage PR
8. New product launches and market activations.
9. Measuring ROI.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Graduation + MBA in Marketing from TIER I Institute
- Min 8 years - 10 years- experience in Brand Management, Brand planning, Market Research, Advertising, Product management, etc.
- Should be strong in Branding, Advertising, market Research and promotion.
Personality Trait Requirements:
- Excellent in communications (verbal/written)
- Have good analytical skills
