As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing digital and print assets.

Kaliq- is a Bangalore-based design studio and a creative agency with a vision to help brands use the leverage Digital era by adopting Design, Strategical and Creative thinking to strengthen their digital footprint in a budget. We provide animated video production, Branding, and Digital marketing services, create, strategize, and execute campaigns (Paid and organic content).

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Understand client requirements and preparing project briefs or statements of work.

2. Brainstorming innovative and creative designs to match the project brief.

3. Interact with clients & their stakeholders regarding the requirement and engage with them to provide high-quality deliverables.

4. Making presentations to explain the designs or solutions.

5. Visualize ideas and design for in-house marketing materials (Such as Web Banner Ads, Magazine Ads, Email Design, Poster designs, Brochures, Logos Etc.)

6. Generating Brand Guidelines for client's brands.

7. Understand the importance of brand guidelines and properly adhere to them during designing.

8. Responsible for ensuring a high standard of quality in deliverables.

9. Amend designs based on internal and client feedback.

10. A skill to research for ideas and generate word clouds or mindmaps.

Requirements:

1. Good drawing skills.

2. Prior experience in digital graphic design (Freelance/on-the-job).

3. Being able to create original designs/work.

4. Excellent understanding of design principles color, composition, and typography.

5. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

6. Should know design software (such as Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, Coreldraw).

7. A keen eye for aesthetics.

8. Ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions.

9. Able to communicate ideas visually, verbally, and with strong attention to detail. Open to new ideas and influences.

10. Self-disciplined, good time management skills to meet deadlines and production schedules.

11. Openness to ask for feedback and Critique and implement the change if necessary.

12. The motivation and knack are necessary to stay updated on the latest trends, tools digital graphics.

13. Ability to adapt change.

Eligibility :

1. Portfolio with latest original created digital graphic design works.

2. Any Graduation (Preferably a degree in Design or related field)

3. Experience:- 0-2 years.

4. A good laptop( Anything above intel i5,7th Generation/equivalent).

5. A good broadband connection.

6. The candidate is expected to stay in the organization for more than one year.
