The IncBuddy - Inside Sales Consultant (0-5 yrs)
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
- Coordinating with field sales team to help generate meetings and sales pipeline
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
- Consistently achieve targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Proactively identifying up-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Customer Relationship Management
- Key Account Management
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Implementation of the self-booking tool to converted customer
- Provide training to the customers
- Scheduling product demos with potential prospects
- Actively use online business platforms such as LinkedIn and email marketing tools to generate leads
- Build a pipeline of potential prospects through cold calling and fix appointments
- Liaise with various vendors and support proper fulfilment of services.
- Provide weekly, monthly reports to key stakeholders.

- Weekly reporting standards (every Saturday) to be maintained.
