The House of Rare - Graphic Designer (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research, design and establish a distinct visual language for the brand.
- Be accountable for the look, feel and persona of our brand across all channels
- Be able to understand business needs and turn them into compelling creative solutions.
- Work under tight deadlines while overseeing multiple projects, owning the end-to-end project delivery.
- Comfort in pitching ideas & present the creative vision clearly.
- Shall Ensure that all of the organization's creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
- Obtain input from management, ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations
- Shall be responsible for conceptualising and designing graphics for social media and other marketing channels
- Shall be responsible to create posts, reels, stories and marketing content for social media and posting it.
- Must adhere to the guideline and changing trends of social media.
- Shall be responsible to create ads (based on requirements), upload ads and mange ads.
- Ensure that ads are created and uploaded in all ad formats.
- Must maintain tracker sheet for all the ad which are created and uploaded.
- Should be able to understand basic ad performance metrics and work on making those better.
- Should come up us new creatives for ads also should be in sync with past performance.
- Shall be responsible for all the visual changes on website and app
- Must maintain the aesthetic, brand language on website and app.
- Should be able to provide visual content for e-mailers, web push and app push.
- Can also think of ideas for communicating events, during special event days.
- Should be involved in shoot, for communicating the requirement during shoot.
- Should be able to work with design dept to understand the highlights of the season and be able to portray it visually.
- Work in cohesion with other departments.
