In this role, you will:
Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok: Craft a cohesive brand voice and tone across all channels, tailoring content to each platform's specific audience and format.
Curate captivating content that showcases our unique products and brand story:
- Create eye-catching visuals, compelling captions, and engaging stories that spark curiosity and drive audience interaction.
- Run targeted social media campaigns : Utilize social media advertising platforms to reach your ideal audience, generate leads, and drive brand awareness.
- Build and nurture a loyal online community : Respond to comments and messages promptly, foster positive interactions, and create a sense of belonging among our followers.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices : Continuously learn and adapt your strategies to leverage new tools, features, and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams : Work closely with colleagues to ensure your social media efforts align with broader marketing initiatives and brand goals.
- Analyze and report on social media performance: Track key metrics, analyze data, and present insights to inform future strategies and campaign optimization.
- To excel in this role, you should possess :
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the B2B or e-commerce sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms: Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and/or Youtube is essential.
- Exceptional content creation skills : Ability to produce high-quality visuals, engaging captions, and compelling social media stories.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools : Understanding of key metrics and ability to generate insightful reports.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms: Familiarity with running targeted ad campaigns is a plus.
