The Hive - Intern - Sales (0-2 yrs)
Xpandr Ventures India Pvt. Ltd. (operating under the brand: The Hive) is looking for a Sales Intern to assist our Chennai team across the various stages of the sales funnel. The intern will report directly to the General Manager of our Chennai centres.

Sales Intern Responsibilities:
- Generate direct leads through cold-calling and local relationships, marketing (online/offline) campaigns
- Manage inbound enquiries, chat platform, outbound calls, as well as follow-up with existing leads
- Support the Sales Manager and the General Manager to create proposals for and engage with all potential clients
- Assist the General Manager and the Central Finance Team with all reporting exercises
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing & Business Development teams to develop creative material like picture decks, sales collaterals, website content, email marketing, and more
- Conduct market research, track competition activity/offerings, and report to senior management
