Associate/Community Manager, The Hive Collaborative Workspaces, Pune 

Job Description :

The Hive is looking for a talented and passionate Community Manager to build the Hive community in Pune as it launches its first flagship center((50,000 sq.ft co-working space and associated amenities) in the city

Key Responsibilities include :

- Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and partnerships

- Maintain 100% occupancy. Generate leads and conduct tours to execute on sales strategy

- Ensure that building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly

- Engage in the larger city community by attending events and networking with local start-ups and organizations

- Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members

- Solve member related issues to ensure a cohesive community

The ideal candidate is friendly, people-loving, and effective in building / growing a community.

Experience & Requirements :

- 3 to 5 years experience in a business development, sales or customer service role

- Candidates with prior experience in the events/ hospitality/coworking industry will be given preference.

- Business, Marketing, Communications or related degree.

- Highly organized with attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal skills

- Be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
