The ideal candidate must have : 

- Previous experience in marketing management for 6-8 years

- Be a team player with a "can do" attitude

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Creative thinker and problem solver

- Efficient organizational and time management skills

- Data-driven and research-oriented

- Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features

Bonus skills: HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification or equivalent experience (Marketo, Eloqua etc.), Google Analytics, AdWords Certified, Adroll, Wordstream, Adobe Creative Suite, Social Media Management / Publishing Tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite).

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities : 

- Create Inbound Marketing Strategies to meet project goals.

- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)

- Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition

- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels

- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and convert customers

- Conducting customer, competitor, and product research

- Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics

- Continually track, monitor, and optimize On and Off page SEO opportunities

- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)

- Management of Paid Advertising budgets through AdWords and Social Advertising channels.

- Continually look for new ways to generate leads and propose & improved inbound marketing campaign ideas
