Front End Responsibilities:
1. Researching relevant topics and industry trends to generate insightful and valuable content.
2. Writing high-quality content that aligns with the client's goals and target audience.
3. Obtaining approval for content from clients and making necessary revisions based on feedback.
4. Posting approved content on various platforms and channels.
5. Monitoring and responding to comments and inquiries received on published content.
Back End Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with the internal team to research topics and gain approval for content ideas.
2. Communicating with editors to address any edits or revisions required for the content.
3. Coordinating with graphic designers to create visuals and graphics for content postings.
4. Managing client communication and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
5. Providing screenshots and performance data to the report team for weekly client reports.
6. Developing strategies for clients based on the performance of past content and industry insights.
7. Preparing in-depth monthly reports highlighting the success and areas for improvement of client content.
