The Grey Dots - Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (1-3 yrs)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess the performance of online advertising campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy
- Develop and maintain effective paid search campaigns - continually optimize through ad copy testing, keyword analysis, and bidding strategy
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm and execute new and creative growth strategies
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase retention of existing users
- Analyze the performance of all Marketing campaigns and suggest improvements
- Improve the overall performance by focusing on various stages in user journey (funnels)
- Responsible for delivering on key marketing KPIs for clients

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelors/Masters degree
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Excel
Experience: 1-3 years
