The Green Snack - Manager - Modern Trade (4-10 yrs)
- Responsible for channel sales via national and regional modern trade accounts
- Build strong relationships across retail accounts to ensure smooth functioning of business operations.
- Create and execute efficient and relevant sales and marketing strategies for the assigned regions and accounts and target setting for the sales team.
- Collecting customer and market feedback and sales data and reporting the same to the organization, including analyzing sales data and periodical forecasting. Providing timely Competitive information and intelligence.
- Responsible for overall Value/Volume target achievement for the business.
Planning and execution of distribution and sales plans / sales forecasts
- Contribute towards achieving penetration and shared objectives. Opening new MT accounts and ensuring listing and strong visibility in the relevant category.
- Manage regular reviews, systems and processes with the front line & distributors.
- Ensure merchandising standards in outlets, through continuous trade visits,
To ensure 100% fill rates across Modern trade outlets.
- Responsible for planning and execution of activation (Branding) & cross promotional activities.
- Participating and managing various events and activities, including sampling and promotion, which give us a platform to showcase our brand and reach out to the TG.
Requirements:-
Qualifications:- MBA / PGDM / Graduate
Experience:- 4-6 yrs
Salary:- negotiable
Should have strong experience in Modern Trade, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Relevant startups.
