The Fast Way - Digital Marketing Role (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Create strategies to grow the web traffic metrics
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Manage lead generation across all digital platforms.
- Deep knowledge of customers and competitive marketing programs, which is used to develop effective marketing programs and messages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Help in Recruitment, selection, and training of marketing operations employees in the digital marketing department
Key Relationship:
- Internal Interactions: Marketing, e-commerce, controlling etc.
- External interaction with agency partners & vendors.
Experience:
- Digital marketing: 2 years
- Familiar with SEO, SEM, web development, UI, user experience optimization as well as emerging opportunities on social media, email, search and mobile.
- Experience in generating lead on website, generating traffic and growing the sites along with finding methods of lead generation.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
