#Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at The Esthetic Clinics in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive Pre Sales will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, Presales, managing customer service operations, converting leads into appointments, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
Requirement :
- Analytical Skills and Communication Abilities
- Proven experience in customer service and pre-sales management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Experience in the healthcare or cosmetic industry is a plus
- Should be comfortable talking to the patients as and when required to drive more visits and footfall in the clinic.
