The organization :

- We are a UK-based company that aims to transform how students in India learn English - making it higher quality yet more affordable. Our program will let anyone, anywhere, teach and learn excellent spoken English. We have been selected and supported as an outstanding education intervention by Peter Thiel and Tyler Cowan's Emergent Ventures, GSV, the London Mayor's business program, the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network, and the Indian National Skill Development Corporation.

The role :

- We are looking for self-motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to handle B2B inside sales

- Acquire new customers through proactive inside sales efforts - outbound cold calling, email/Whatsapp marketing

- Record lead details and outcomes accurately in CRM

- Conduct tailored product demonstrations on Zoom/Google Meet

- Collaborate with sales team to devise effective strategies

- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition and revenue goals

- Meet and maintain performance metrics on call quantity, quality and talktime

- The candidate: An ideal candidate for this role has

- 1-5 years of inside sales experience, focusing on consultative selling.

- Strategic thinker with strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in research tools and effective sales techniques to understand customer accounts deeply.

- Motivated team player comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

- Willingness to make multiple outbound sales calls daily.

Requirements :

- Located in South India (No relocation expenses will be paid).

- Good Internet / Data pack connection and power backup.

- Android phone (for the EQ App) and a working Laptop.
