The E Hotel - Executive - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
Description for Business Development Executive :
To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region / market.
To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications.
Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.
Fulfillment of Sales quota annually via New Sales acquisition.
Give business presentations to senior management team.
Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.
Aggressive to convert sales & achieve targets.
Good in follow - ups. Excellent oral and written skills.
Plan and Forecast hotel revenue for Banquets from various segments.
Build an accurate and effective database of current and potential guests/accounts.
Propose Banquet/F&B pricing strategy in consideration with hotel's market positioning, target customer and desired mix.
Develop a comprehensive market mix guideline and ensure sales as per those targets
Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
Candidates with Sales Exp preferred, specially Banquet Sales, Corporate Sales, Club Membership Sales, Hotel Sales.
