The Delhi School of Communication (DSC) is a 27 year old prestigious organization specializing in offering Marketing Communication studies to students. This is an industry forward creative institution, founded with a vision to better align industry needs with academic delivery. A Gurukul to help Build Young India.

We are looking to hire a Marketing and Sales Associate:

1. Marketing and Sales associate will be responsible for the annual intake of students for the flagship Post Graduation and other short term programmes.

2.The person should have strong counselling skills and persuasive skills. Should have counselled students before.

2. Person will be responsible along with the team to help launch new online and offline programmes

3. Person good with strategy and ideation and execution of those ideas

4. Person will be responsible for outreach programmes - to help make the brand more visible and strong. Such as collaborating for seminars, webinars, fairs etc.

5. Strong and creative ideas for lead generation and executing those ideas.

6. Past experience in having worked in Higher Education is required.

Desired profile of the candidate:

1. A smart Marketing and Sales professional who is a go-getter and is a target driven individual.

2. Someone good with online education business or/and has done certifications in the digital domain to know how the world of Digital works

3. An individual with strong communication skills and persuasive skills to help communicate about the brand effectively

4. A creative person with fresh creative ideas to break the clutter and get a brand noticed

5. A person who can help brainstorm about fresh ideas but also execute those same ideas well

6. An individual who is passionate about getting the work done and achieving targets
