The Deconstruct - Brand Associate (0-2 yrs)
Day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Executing marketing-related activities on multiple platforms/ avenues such as social media, growth activities, offline activations, ATL/BTL activities etc.
2. Coordinating with design teams to create engaging content required for multiple campaigns
3. Understanding customer insights to strategize new campaigns & activities
Credentials :
- Undergraduate degree in any field with 0-2years of work experience in marketing/social media/ branding/retail sales
- Interest in Beauty & Personal care is an added advantage
