Role Overview:

The Social Media designer will lead our social media creative efforts across the company. This role will be responsible for developing, executing and measuring our creative strategies across social platforms to drive engegement for all milestone social clients. You will play a key role in helping us create built- for- social images & videos that reaches and engages the right audiences. This is an ideal role for someone who is self- motivated, creative, and collaborative.

Responsibilities :

- Create custom graphic design, illustrations, and gifs for client s social profiles, including Instagram Stories, blog posts, social media posts. Touching up/ editing all graphics and images required for social media.

- Keep company social profiles updated as per the seasonality, Produce lifestyle and product photographs for social media.

- Collaborating with customer success managers and content writers to create custom graphics based on the need.

- Lead design on social content for all product verticals keeping brand guidelines in mind.

- Create and refresh design templates for ongoing Instagram Stories Series as needed.

- Design aesthetic should be pretty, fun, polished, youthful, and appeal to the personality of each individual product vertical.

- May also be asked to contribute to video and treatment decks for production.

- Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight deadlines.

Qualifications/ Skills :

Minimum 3 years experience in creative/ design/ production environment

Must be familiar with current social media trends and be able to deliver fresh graphics that are consistent with those trends Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Instagram Stories design tools Excellent graphic design and illustration skills, including broad knowledge of typography.
