The Contrast - Assistant Brand Manager (1-3 yrs)
Key Components of the role:
- Lead development and execution of select marketing communications programs and/or promotional brand activities
- Manage advertising and promotional budgets
- Analyze and report business performance (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers, competitive performance)
- Lead package design projects
- Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic customer programs
- Advance consumer insights and brand strategy
- Own program execution and advancement of near in commercialization
- Ensure efficient vendor management
- Collaborate with sales to develop strategic customer partnerships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration (Marketing emphasis preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to synthesize data and form logical conclusions
- Ability to lead teams and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Enthusiasm for consumer marketing
- Sound Understanding of digital marketing.
