Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage daily leads and sales activity.
- Meet potential customers to explain the product functions and applications.
- Studying product & customer's needs in depth
- Identifying target customers in each territory based on provided selection criteria
- Creation of business leads from each territory
- Providing sufficient details of product to prospects (telephone & email)
- Knowing the customers better and maintaining clear records of all sales activities.
- Follow up with customers for product feedback and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
- Helping clients in how to use our services by giving online demo.
- Asking questions to understand a client's needs.
- Answering client's questions related to product, pricing.
- Building a relationship with prospect clients with email drop marketing campaigns.
- Converting business leads to business potentials and transferring them.
- Provide new ideas and implement strategies to generate new leads and increase sales volume.
