It is targeting the next generation of shoppers who look at fashion with the idea of expressing and including the environment and the society in that process.
Location: Mumbai
Position: Full time- On location
Looking for a dynamic and creative candidate, who can think out of the box to grow and maintain a strong online presence for our company. They will be required to cover all aspects from creating a social media calendar to executing it. Additionally, this individual should have an understanding on the subject of fashion and lifestyle and also have knowledge of the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group via social media.
Responsibilities :
1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
3. Set specific objectives and report on ROI
4. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
5. Collaborate with other teams, to ensure brand consistency
6. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
7. Oversee social media accounts- design
8. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and content ideas
9. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
10. Develop optimal posting schedule
11. Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
12. Responsible for accuracy and deadlines for projects and campaigns.
13. Leverage the right tools to manage your content.
14. Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising.
15. Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
Skills and Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Business or related field
2. 2-4 years of client servicing experience in social media marketing preferably from a digital creative agency
3. Creative copywriting skills
4. Strong multitasking skills
