Job Description :

Are you someone known for your clean aesthetics in design and zeal for expressing brand stories via visual assets, then this is the role for you. We- re looking for a highly self-motivated and detail oriented graphic designer with an outstanding design portfolio who is keen on taking up the exciting opportunity of contributing to building an early-stage digital brand presence with active engagement with the management.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Understand brand objectives, target audience, industry trends and translate them into creative assets

2. Create on-trend visual assets, influence design direction, and deliver a wide variety of creative campaigns.

3. Collaborate within the team and with other stakeholders to undertake design research, mood boards, brainstorming, design reference sessions to develop visual brand strategy

4. Conceptualize, plan, develop and execute graphic designing projects end to end independently

Knowledge & Skills :

1. 2+ years of work experience as a Graphic Designer creating a diverse range of designs with a strong portfolio demonstrating passion for designing clean, creative and quality content

2. Excellent communication, team collaboration, adherence to deadlines, working independently on multiple projects simultaneously

3. Outstanding aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to details

4. Comprehensive understanding of graphic designing processes with high proficiency in using design and editing software like Adobe Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Corel Draw, etc along video editing software, UI/UX design with figma is a plus

5. Strong clarity in principles of design, colour theory, typography, graphics file creation optimized for digital media
