The platform aims to give a variety of expressions to choose from through careful curation of styles of apparel and accessories from independent designers from India and overseas giving the power of choice in her hands. It is targeting the next generation of shoppers who look at fashion with the idea of expressing and including the environment and the society in that process.

Location: Mumbai

Position: Full time- On location

We- re looking for a talented individual to handle fashion strategies for The Black Chameleon. This role requires you to work to develop strategies, and execute cross-functional projects that drive growth and transformation within the company. The candidate should also have good PR liaisons with fashion and lifestyle industry to coordinate functioning.

You will play an important role in supporting the senior leadership team in delivering on their broader goals and work closely across multiple functions. You will have a front-row seat to experience how a high-growth organization works internally and will be given the opportunity to lead and deliver on high impact projects.

Tasks:

1. Guide the creative outlook of content and collaborations

2. Develop content strategy, as well as strategies of different business lines/verticals and functions

3. Identify and Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for various content pieces within different verticals

4. Keep track of fashion and lifestyle news and trends locally and globally and produce relevant content structures for our platform

5. Structure and conduct data analysis and primary research to uncover insights, identify issues and areas of improvement for different business verticals

6. Identify internal opportunities for process and continuous improvement

7. Drive to completion, key initiatives projects across functions/verticals as needed

8. Driven by Market Research and Customer Insights to create analytically successful campaigns

9. Ideate on key vertical content pieces with the help of internal and external design and content individuals

Skills and Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fashion editorial/ecomm businesses, consulting firms, the strategy/ business development/ innovation/ operational teams within large corporations or start-ups

2. Track record of effectively and confidently interacting with senior executives

3. Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally with other teams

4. Attentive to details and organised without losing the ability to think analytically and conceptually

5. Self-starter with a drive for impact, is a fast learner and have good business acumen

6. Passion for the fashion and media industry

7. Well informed and connected with industry stakeholders
