Required Candidate profile :
- Knowledge and experience to work and bring clients from online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH etc.
- Strong marketing skills including negotiation and convincing
- Intra departmental coordination (Business Development & Marketing)
- Strong computer skills (MS Office-MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good oral/ written/ interpersonal/ presentation skills.
- Team Player, Great Attitude and Proactive, Organized and conscious of time- deadlines.
Job Description :
- Candidate should be able to bring projects for a website and app development company.
- Research market for client requirements and approach with appropriate idea and proposal
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business and ability to develop business through outbound sales calls, industry networking, making client visits (whenever required)
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. - Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identifying new markets & analyze their economic feasibility & doing a survey on particular project/assignment as per requirement.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization & contact them for the business.
- Preparing & maintaining MIS report of sectors or industries or competitors or clients and updating the same regularly.
- Assist in preparing credential presentations/proposal writing etc.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Knowledge about IT sales and different-different technologies.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and companies practice leaders/Principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches. - Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- End to end sales process from lead generation to business closure
- Manage Lead Generation Process via cold calls/emails/social media platforms
- Should have Customer Orientation & ability to do Client Interaction & Client Management skills.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical/ Pre-sales team and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
