The Better India - Executive - Marketing (2-5 yrs)
As a Marketing Executive at The Better India, you will
- Ideate, create & drive Marketing, brand and product campaigns across digital channels
- Metric: Working with external agency to drive Conversions of courses and Traffic to website, Manage Social-Media following internally
- Prepare & implement action plans to improve key metrics
- Bring in new marketing initiatives - content & pull strategies
- Manage social media pages and increase engagement
- Interact with internal stakeholders such as product, teams for content creation and approvals as well as external agencies
- Provide analytics & reporting on all marketing campaigns - work with external agencies for ROAS Analysis, Clicks, Conversions, and other funnel metrics
Our ideal colleague will :
- Be a graduate with 2-4 years of experience in marketing/online space
- Have a good understanding of Digital Marketing, marketing campaigns and marketing tools
