Job Description :

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving growth for The Atoz Classes by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential partners, and supporting marketing and sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the education sector while growing your career in business development.

Responsibilities :

- Identify potential business opportunities and new markets for growth

- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and partners

- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, parents, and other stakeholders

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients

- Support sales efforts through lead generation, outreach, and follow-up

- Track and report on business development metrics and progress

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

- Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with the education sector or online tutoring industry (a plus)

- Results-oriented with a passion for driving growth

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
