- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives

- Ensure effective monitoring of market trends, research consumer markets and competitors

- Ensure effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets

- Generating new leads, acquiring new database, conduct various campaigns for lead generation through team.

- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

- Monitoring the sales team, productivity of each sales team member, training and grooming the team

- Planning and execution of the marketing strategy to boost the sales and branding initiative for organization

- Periodical analysis and mapping of marketing expenses v/s return and share the regular updates with the senior management.

- Managing both ATL and BTL activities

- Working with the Marketing Team for organizing events and handling outdoor campaigns
