This role is integral to driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, pitching to potential clients, and securing high-ticket deals. Responsibilities:
- Pitch The Alpha Agency's services to potential clients and secure high-ticket deals.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to deliver tailored solutions to client needs.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Qualifications :
- 3-4 years of experience in business development or client servicing within the creative/marketing industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong sales understanding and proven experience in pitching and closing high-ticket deals.
- Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, and creative services.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Master's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
