Thapovan Info Systems - Manager - Business Development (6-10 yrs)
A fast-growing software services company based in the US with having software development presence in India is looking for experienced Business Development/Marketing Managers. Responsibilities include working with the senior management in establishing a strong marketing team that will increase the revenue by 5 million USD in the next 16-18 months. Generous commissions on the projects they bring. The commissions can go up to 30% of the recurring project revenue.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading a strong business development/marketing team. Should have demonstrated achieving a target of 1 million USD / year.
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Training business development staff
- Attending conferences and industry events
- Salary is commensurate with the demonstrated capability of target achieved
