Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients that may have content and cataloguing needs in the online industry
- Understanding client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs
- Engaging with clients on a regular basis, meeting timelines and ensuring client satisfaction
- Reporting the progress and forecasting monthly/quarterly deliveries targets
- Travel as required (clients locations in the France, UAE, South Korea, Singapore and the US). Domestic travel includes Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai).
The role is evaluated on:
- Achieving revenue targets while ensuring quality and timely deliveries
- Client satisfaction
Level:
The Role is in the Business Development, reporting into the, who in turn reports into the Ops Lead of the company.
Competencies needed:
- Sound understanding of the English language reading and writing skills
- Strong verbal, written communication and comprehension skills (English)
- Excellent in coordination between clients, support functions and stakeholders
- Prospecting skills, Closing Skills and Presentation skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
