Summary :
Looking for a strong leader who will be building and manages all aspects of a sales and marketing department with complete P&L responsibility for the Sales & Marketing Units. As a Vice President, he/she will be involved in identifying areas of improvement in the business's marketing and sales strategies. The incumbent will be identifying opportunities and understanding the market and competitive environment and will act as unifying factor between Sales & Marketing to represent and grow the business as per the agreed plan.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the sales and marketing teams target. Develop the team to its fullest potential and Develop a self managing team.
- Training the team to use the tools efficiently which are given for communication and leads management.
- Strategic role in building creative sales and marketing strategies, creates goals that comply with the attainment of the business's overall objectives and strives to meet and exceed these goals.
- Plays an analytical role in conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales and marketing department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management.
- Assesses the amount of resources required by the sales and marketing department in order to achieve optimal performance.
- Leading to financial benefit for the business, identify and develop new market opportunities for the business.
Qualification :
- Any UG/PG degree preferred
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience that includes 10+ years of experience in managing a big size team in the education or other related sector handling overall sales, marketing and partnership
- Good communication, Analytical and leadership skills.
- Experience in sales and marketing research and how raw information and data is processed to become useful insights that assist the department in establishing appropriate strategies that lead to the achievement of goals and targets.
- Experience working with sales account databases, CRM platforms, campaigns platforms.
