Texila Educational and Management Services - Head - Sales (12-25 yrs)
- Contributing to and ensuring the delivery of In-country's overall Sales strategy for Texila American University
- Line management and mentoring of Business Development Managers and Enrollment Advisors at In-country
- Representing Texila American University at education fairs and events in India and potentially, across South Asia
- Managing relationships with Indian schools, universities, agencies and other key stakeholders
- Significant domestic travel in India and potentially across India to attend educational events and meet with key stakeholders
- Overseeing systemised communications with students, schools, universities and agencies and working with the Caribbean international team to meet clear KPIs on response times
- Delivering and developing engaging student-facing sessions at schools, universities and education events
- Overseeing systemised 'enquiry funnelling' operation (ensuring that all leads of potential students are followed up and driven from enquiries to applications) with aim of maximising conversion
- Overseeing process of data capture and analysis to inform future strategy and budgetary decisions
- Working with In-country Projects team to manage and oversee the development of itineraries for visiting academics and officials of Texila American University
- Ensuring that all KPIs and targets are met
- Executing In-country's annual budget plan for the University
Essential:
- A first degree or equivalent qualification
- A proven understanding of the India international student recruitment market in India
- Experience of working in the education sector in India or elsewhere
- Experience of managing projects, including the ability to deliver to tight deadlines and monitor return on investment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills, skills of diplomacy and persuasion
- Ability to demonstrate a capacity for new and independent thinking and for seeking novel solutions in a marketing setting
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision both as part of a team or independently
- Willingness to travel (both within India and Abroad)
- Excellent people management and motivational skills
