Designation: BDM - Hospital Partnerships
Reporting to: VP Sales & Marketing
Experience : 6-10 Years
JD :
- Participate in the strategic planning for Sales team to achieve the yearly target.
- Research prospective hospitals in targeted markets, pursue and follow through to a successful agreement for Hospital tie-up's
- Maintain cordial relationship with Hospital Coordinators, consultants & Medical superintendents/Directors of our partner hospitals
- Facilitate, coordinate & guide the new enquiring students for hospital visit.
- To support academics in obtaining attendance, clinical postings, acceptance letter, stipend details, pertaining to students
- Periodical visits to the partner hospitals to ensure student satisfaction.
- Facilitate, coordinate & assist to conduct OSCE session, clinical exams in the hospital
- Address student grievances related to hospital
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning of our products
- Coordinate and conduct Open houses & On spot admission on a regular basis and convince the students for enrolment
- Fetch in referrals from the hospital & its network for our programs
- Identify new agents & sign up with them
- Collect database from medical colleges, NEET UG/NEET PG/USMLE training centres, doctor's job portal, etc.
- Explore association opportunities with IMA's, doctor groups & other doctor networks
