We are an International Education organization having medical campuses in Guyana, Zambia, UAE. Our corporate office is located at Tidel Park Coimbatore.
We are looking for a Head Sales who will oversee, manage & develop the sales department to support sales delivery and business growth of Africa market.
Job Location : Tidel Park, Coimbatore
Prefer candidates having experience in Educational sales / institutional sales
Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals.
1. Responsible for meeting the revenue & admission targets for the branches within the sales & marketing budget
2. Planning & implementing marketing activities (ATL & BTL) in the region with the help of the corporate marketing team.
3. Responsible for Sales Force, Database and Sales management.
4. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
5. Meeting planned sales goals.
6. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
7. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
8. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
9. The ongoing training of your salespeople.
10. Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
11. Developing and maintain the relationship with the clients.
12. Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target regional markets.
13. Identifies new potential products and integrated solutions involving the technical team and other stakeholders.
