Shift Timings : 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM (Mon-Sat)

Job Summary :
The Telemarketing Manager will lead and oversee the Telemarketing division in the selling of products and services to a list of qualified prospects. It is the responsibility of the telemarketing Supervisor to communicate goals concerning what the business expects for telemarketers and help them reach the objectives and goals of the company concerning telemarketing activities. Preference for candidates who can speak in American accent.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Hires and trains telemarketers.
- Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of telemarketing staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Collaborates with Sales Manager to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by telemarketing team.
- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
- Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Head of Marketing and Sales.
- Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Runs campaigns parallelly with the US counter parts
- Tracks all the outbound and inbound calls
- Coordinates with all stakeholders at various locations
- Proficient with ERP systems and experience in CRM
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
- Proficient with American accent and can make calls if required
Qualification :
- Electrical Engineer and MBA - Sales and marketing.
- Minimum 5 Yrs of working experience in US Customer Support.
