TestingXperts - Executive - Business Development (1-7 yrs)
- Experience in Market Research/ Lead Generation and Inside Sales activity in US, UK/EU market
- Identify new potential customers as per defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and extensive market research & analysis
- Lead generation by email marketing/ cold calling/ LinkedIn or by other market campaigns
- Setting up call appointments/ in-person meetings with the CXO Level/ IT decision makers
- Good understanding of global IT & ITeS market and provide support to US & UK Sales BDMs
- Should understand prospects technology needs and customize email pitch accordingly
- Enthusiastic, team player, self-starter and quality focused individual
- Achieve monthly, quarterly lead target and fill opportunity pipeline
- Must be aggressive, adaptive to market challenges and deliver sales target
- Highly proficient in computer skills including MS Office
- Familiar with current market and technology trends
- Excellent English written/ verbal communication and convincing skills required
Work Experience: 1-3Yrs or 4-5Yrs max (relevant Business development/ inside sales experience in selling Development/ IT service sales (Most Preferred - Testing Service sales))
Educational Qualification: BE, B.Tech / Any Graduate + MBA (Preferably Marketing subject)
