Testbook.com - Sales Manager (3-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Scale B2B business for Testbook.com across Tier - I/II/III/IV cities
- Understand each piece of Testbook.com products and offline business models and pitch convincingly to potential business partners to close sales
- Follow up Visits/Calls to the potential lead.
- Conducting seminars/ workshops to strengthen tie-ups
- Setting up targets to the team, follow up and execute to achieve Monthly and Quarterly targets.
- Daily Reporting to Zonal Head.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners
- Achieving regional goals, developing localized business plans & ensuring overall plan implementation
- Overcome objections of prospective customers
- Manage company relationships to quarterly revenue and Monetization Targets
- Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new opportunities that can meet the client needs
- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the executive team working on the field
- Plan & build a distribution footprint in identified sub-channels through coverage plans & manpower plans for a premium brand
- Track and manage company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals
- Supporting various marketing activities from time to time
- Monitoring Budgets and utilizing the same to optimum level
- Enhance market shares in key markets/categories through off-take influencing activity - such as visibility/promoters

- Should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Candidates having prior experience of Education industry will be preferred
- Must have extensive geographical knowledge of assigned region
- Proficient in writing good Proposals, Emails & Smartphones.
- Give product demos, making a presentation and training the team.
- Should be comfortable with all time travelling across a state.
- Should have good knowledge of Government recruitment exams like IBPS/SBI/SSC/Railways/etc.
