Job Description :
- Work on Internal communication campaigns for user engagement and digital user journeys using industry leading marketing technology platforms.
- Work on targeted email/SMS/push marketing and chase industry benchmarks on open rates and CTRs.
- Manage different marketing inventories (App banners, web banners, etc.)
- Devise and execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Coordinate with cross-functional Team (Design, Content, Ad ops, Automation) to get things done
- Work on and deliver category growth for assigned learning products
- Lead and execute in-App and web merchandising of our learning products
- Brainstorming for new ideas and optimizing communications to improve conversions and reducing cost
Desired Skills

- Discipline to execute various campaigns effectively
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring the campaigns and achieve desired results
- Prior experience and training in digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing and copywriting are desirable.
