Testbook - Category Manager - Content Management (2-8 yrs)
An ideal candidate would have :
- 2+ years of experience in content management or similar lead role
- Team Handling experience of 10+ members
- Govt exam experience will be a plus point
- Good managerial skills and problem-solving skills
- Graduation from T1/T2 colleges
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Good communication and MS Excel skills
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of SMEs and operation member for a category
- Taking data driven decisions for growth of the category
- Analyze and research exams patterns, type of questions and difficulty levels to remain updated with the latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams
- Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and improve
- Collaborate with key stakeholders - marketing teams, Tech/Product team, operation team, etc.
