Territory Sales & Service Executive - Paint (2-6 yrs)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating double growth in topline above US $ 10 MM per annum
- Ensure adherence to SQDM - Supplier Quality Delivery Management
- Delivering technical service which includes understanding the customer's issues on a day-to-day basis.
- Understanding new requirement, preparing supportive documents and communicating the same to R&D, conducting trials at the customer's production line, coordinating with product management team and ensuring overall satisfaction of the customer.
- Utilizing customer feedback and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads on new shade development.
- Customer complaint handling
- Monitoring the activities of our competitors and device a strategy to resist their activities in a way, which results in maintaining our Existing Share of Business.
- Maintaining Healthy and Cordial relationship with the customers, by way of regular visits and interactions
The position requires candidate to be:
- Responsible for the Total Business Revenue of USD 10MN/Annum
- Techno - commercial interaction with customer on daily/routine basis.
- Better Customer Connect with the right stakeholders.
- Business Growth year on year.
- Adherence to the timelines on delivery
- Working Capital Management - Inventory, Overdue collections as per plan
