Job Profile
- Dealer network management for consistent and sustainable growth of sales.
- Responsible for Sales of the territory.
- Implement, manage & settle dealer schemes.
- Network expansion through new dealers openings & installing new machine.
- Demand generation activities through painter meet and contractor meet.
- To support & drive the Dealers towards targeted Goals & Objectives as aligned with the company.
- Ensure SLS, PDP compliance, FIFO & freshness of stock of Depot.
- To liaise with SM/ ZM & Commercial department to ensure timely support to the Depot.
- To take corrective action to reduce damage.
- Responsible for Appointing & Developing new channel partners to increase sales.
- To improve Dealers Stock Availability & Infrastructures.
- Controlling cost associated with Distribution of Product from Depot Gate to Construction Sight.
- To coordinate commercial activities, and timely claim submission.
- To maintain & leverage strong relationships with Dealers/Sub- Dealers.
- Provide market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and awareness on the competitor's strengths & weakness.
