Territory Sales Manager - Tyre (3-5 yrs)
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and managing channel partners in an assigned geographical area. The role involves business development, dealer/channel management, and achieving sales targets for tyres across different segments (Passenger, Commercial, OTR, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and fleet operators.
- Conduct market visits to generate leads and monitor competitor activities.
2. Channel & Dealer Management:
- Drive dealer engagement through incentives, schemes, and training programs.
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock availability at dealerships.
- Resolve dealer concerns and improve overall dealer experience.
- Monitor dealer claims, discounts, and credit limits.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Track competitor pricing, marketing strategies, and new product launches.
- Gather market intelligence to make data-driven sales strategies.
- Recommend product positioning strategies based on customer demand.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain relationships with key accounts, fleet operators, and institutional clients.
- Provide after-sales support and address product complaints efficiently.
- Organize customer meets, product demos, and engagement activities.
