Responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly sale target.
- Help team to achieve their target and motivate them.
- Handle team of Team Leaders and their Target vs Achievement.
- Plan Training and development for team.
- Coordination with Channel Partners, Retails and Distributor.
- Increase Business with new scheme and plan.
- Maintain good relationship with business partners.
Skills: Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Presentation Skills, Performance Management, Building Relationships, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability Basic Details:
- Computer knowledge: Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Geographically knowledge
- Channel distribution working experience with good English
- Knowing well to the market of Gwalior upcountry area.
Salary : INR 2,00,000 - 3,25,000 P.A. Salary + Incentives
