Territory Sales Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
- Our company is looking for a customer-oriented candidate to join us as a Territory Sales Manager on an urgent basis.
Responsibilities :
- Understanding the customers' needs and requirements.
- Preparing and presenting monthly sales reports.
- Describing the product benefits to the customers.
- Personal and professional networks. Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it.
- Employ, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales agents
- Identify ; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors
Mandated Candidate :
- Must be graduation
- Minimum 2 years of skilled sales and marketing
Age : 21 to 38 years
CTC : 2.75 To 3.15 LPA + Incentive + Additional help
