Territory Sales Manager - Real Estate (3-9 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge:
- Have a deep understanding of fan products (residential, commercial, industrial, smart fans, etc.), including technical specifications, features, and benefits.
- Be able to explain product performance, energy efficiency, and use cases to potential customers.
2. Customer Segmentation:
- Identify and target key customer segments: residential, commercial, industrial, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) markets.
- Tailor sales approaches based on customer needs, such as energy-efficient solutions for residential customers or heavy-duty models for industrial clients.
3. Sales Channels:
- Leverage multiple sales channels (e.g., direct sales, online sales, and partnerships with retail or wholesale distributors).
- Maximize visibility and availability through e-commerce platforms, physical retail, and professional trade channels.
4. Brand Positioning & USP:
- Highlight your product's unique selling points (USPs), such as advanced features (smart capabilities, quiet operation, energy-saving), durability, or specific market needs (e.g., fans for high-heat environments).
5. Promotions & Discounts:
- Develop seasonal promotions or bundle deals, particularly in summer months when fan sales typically peak.
- Provide trade-in offers or loyalty programs to increase repeat business.
6. Sales Tools & Techniques:
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, customer preferences, and sales pipelines.
- Use product demos, trade shows, and in-store promotions to generate awareness and drive conversions.
